Das Gwächshaus
In an old, decaying greenhouse, a group of teenagers has found a place to escape from the world. Among shards of glass, cigarette butts, and rusty metal, they have parties. One day two friends make a terrible discovery.
This year’s youth club production is based on Jordan Tannahills play »Concord Floral«. The realistic dialogue, reflective, lyrical passages, and dream-like situations are brought to life by members of the »Operatiefer Eingriff« youth club, using musical extracts that span history, from the middle ages to 20th century classical music and the pop group Velvet Condom.
