From April 11 to 21, 2025, the Staatsoper Unter den Linden invites you to the Festtage 2025 around Easter, featuring a whole series of world-class soloists: Vincenzo Bellini's Norma celebrates its premiere in a production by Vasily Barkhatov and with Rachel Willis-Sørensen in the title role. Richard Wagner's Parsifal, directed by Dmitri Tcherniakov, is performed again after seven years, for the first time with Elīna Garanča as Kundry. Anne-Sophie Mutter and Jeanine De Bique perform in the Festtage concert with the Staatskapelle Berlin under the musical direction of Simone Young. Joyce DiDonato also gives her second lieder recital at the Staatsoper.
